Sydney Harbour Investment Partners Appoints Chief Commercial Officer
Sydney, NS —Sydney Harbour Investment Partners (SHIP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Philippe Farschi as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this role, Farschi will collaborate with SHIP’s CEO, Albert Barbusci, on spearheading business development initiatives for both the Novaporte Wind Terminal and Novaporte Energy Park, advancing SHIP’s leadership in sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy.
Farschi joins SHIP with over two decades of global experience in major infrastructure projects, particularly in offshore wind energy and oil & gas. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development and Technology at Reventus Power, where his leadership led to the successful acquisition of key offshore wind leases in California and Australia. His expertise in securing strategic partnerships, combined with a deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, positions him as a key player in SHIP’s ambitious growth plans.

As CCO, Farschi will lead SHIP’s business development strategy, focusing on expanding the company’s footprint in renewable energy markets and enhancing its partnerships with industry leaders globally. His expertise in offshore wind, project management, and technology-driven solutions will support the continued development of Novaporte, a transformative project designed to deliver long-term economic growth and sustainability to the region.

Farschi’s extensive career includes leadership roles in both renewable energy and traditional oil and gas sectors. At Reventus Power, he led several key offshore wind transactions, including a 2 GW lease in California and a 2.5 GW lease in Australia. Before that, as Offshore Wind Program Manager at ENI, he directed major offshore wind project bids across Europe, the UK, and North America, and was instrumental in the development of M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
Farschi holds an MSc in Financial Management and Control from Aston Business School and a Masters in Finance from KEDGE Business School. He is fluent in multiple languages, including French, English, Italian, Farsi, and Spanish.
